Playing racquetball is fun and learning to win is ever more fun.




Before you play a racquetball game warm up for at least 5 to 10 minutes, before stretching. This advice is especially important as you get older.

Easy warm up is walking or running on the treadmill.

On the court warm-up. Do sprints froward from the backwall to the service line back to the back wall.
